Amazing place. The owner explained to me in Greek that his wife passed away and they have a history of being by the police. I understand enough Greece to get by but don't speak it. So happy he asked me to join his lunch when I passed by. He was explaining a lot about his family and I enjoyed his home made wine :)

Great traditional kafeneion, the interior is a must-see with all the handmade paintings of Greek mythology covering all walls and furniture! A hidden gem in Mochos. And please, don't just go there for photos, have the courtesy to drink a coffee or a cola for 2 euros, support local businesses like this, they're so rare and so deserving!

Perfect café in this little cute village. Still open (as of October 2020) altough Google Maps says temporarily closed. The owner is super nice. She gave us grapes to go.

Our first encounter was in 2010. Bad penny we are, keep going back. It is so different; the atmosphere is beyond words. You enter a different world, almost! These photos are dated 2024.

What great hospitality!! A true gem of a place. Stopped for coffee and stayed to hear the tales of Yorgos, who is truly one of the nicest people I've met on my travels. Could not recommend it enough!
